The ultimate paddler's Mukluk...The breathable upper is 100% waterproof up to the knee, while the fleece-lined 3mm closed-cell neoprene lower boot with 7mm vulcanized rubber sole, fiber midsole, rubber toe cap and heel counter provides superior foot protection. Chota's Exclusive QuickLacš System keeps this Mukluk secure on the foot and provides lateral support. The skin-out neoprene gasket coupled with a nylon cinch strap keeps the top in place just below the knee and retards flooding. Chota's Breathable Mukluk is perfect for those "cold water / warm weather" days.
