Granite Gear Waterproof Immersion Pack
Granite Gear set their standards high when they decided to develop a welded waterproof portage pack. The goal: a fully waterproof pack that offered the comfort and durability people have come to love in their Expedition Series Portage Packs like our best-selling Superior One Portage Pack.
This pack had to stand up to the rigors of the BWCAW and QUETICO PARK. They chose a 500 denier fabric with a Beefy TPU laminate to be waterproof, durable and weld-able. The pack features the exact same shoulder straps and belt from the Expedition Series with an innovative way to attach them to a fully welded pack without compormising how waterproof the pack is or hurting the comfort level in any way.
