We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and services. If any of our products fail to meet your expectations simply return it within 30 days in new and unused condition and we will gladly exchange it or refund your purchase price.

As long time minimum impact campers, we at Piragis Northwoods Company are used to considering our effects on the environment and are striving for "minimum impact mail order". We avoid purchasing new packing material, but use what we are sent and what we collect from other businesses, including shredded paper from local accountants and "peanuts" from anyone who brings them to us. Most of our boxes are collected from other stores. We also try to select products whose manufacturers are environmentally responsible, and to avoid extra packaging wherever possible. We will continue to donate to local charities, schools, and environmental groups.
