Another classic crowd-pleaser, this Beef Bolognese is an Italian staple remade for the backcountry that the whole family will enjoy. It features delicate pasta, beef, and the traditional vegetable trio of carrots, onion, and celery in a Ragu that will take you straight to the Italian countryside.
