This Chicken Cashew Curry continues to be one of our favorites!
The people at Backpacker's Pantry have created a lower sodium meal with mild Indian curry, and a mix a cashews, onions, mushrooms, celery and chicken. Makes two 12 oz. servings. 17 grams of Protein per serving.
Remove and discard enclosed oxygen absorber before beginning food preparation. Add 2-1/4 cups (540 mL) of boiling water to all contents. Stir well. Seal and let sit for 15-20 minutes. Stir and serve.
