Can't wait to use it! The pack arrived at my doorstep yesterday. Initial observed quality was topnotch. The plan with this pack and barrel was to hold food and camp kitchen equipment including stove and fuel for two canoe campers for a week. Struggled a bit to get my pot and pan into the top pocket. Wish the opening was a little larger. Also thought the side pockets could have been deeper. Otherwise very well designed. Can't wait to use it!

Great for bucket with gamma lid I took a canoe trip with Rob Kesselring and he used this for the group mess kit. Instead of a 30 liter barrel, he used a 7 gallon bucket with a gamma lid. The bucket held all the pots, pans, cups, utinsils, coffee pot, etc. Outer pockets held the dish soap, camp towels, fire gloves. The top pocket held 2 BWCA 12x12 square griddles. Very useful to pack and portage. Different colors for different uses. I plan to use this system with my Boy Scout Venture Crew for our next BWCA trip.
