This Small Fillet knife is designed for precision when working with smaller fish, such as trout and panfish. With its 4.72" blade, it offers excellent control and finesse, making it ideal for delicate filleting and finer tasks by the water. It also floats, a valuable feature when working near lakes and rivers.
The blade is forged from Roselli’s Ultra High Carbon (UHC) steel, known for its exceptional sharpness and outstanding edge retention. The stained curly birch handle is treated with linseed oil to ensure a firm, secure grip, even in wet conditions. Comes with a handcrafted sheath made from dark, vegetable-tanned Finnish leather.
