Roselli’s Fish Fork, also known as "Fillet Fork" is specially designed to assist during skinning and filleting fish. It securely holds the fillet in place on the cutting board while you slide your knife between the skin and meat, giving you better control and safety in every cut.
The fork is made from our premium carbon steel, while the handle, crafted from beautifully stained curly birch, provides a secure grip even when wet. Comes with a handcrafted sheath made from Finnish vegetable-tanned leather.
